Refund policy

At Iyel Boutique by Niran Ventures, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every piece you purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@shopiyel.com for return authorization and instructions.

We gladly accept returns of most new, unused clothing items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, with the packing slip included.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item was purchased within 14 days of delivery.
  • The clothing is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase or packing slip is included.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized clothing.
  • Final sale or discounted items.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Returns Within Canada

Returns are accepted within Canada only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

International Orders (Including the United States)

For international customers, including those in the United States, please note that returns are not accepted at this time. If an international package is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and customs fees associated with the return.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within two (2) hours of receiving your confirmation email. To cancel, email info@shopiyel.com with your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact info@shopiyel.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or replacement (if available).

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as Iyel Boutique by Niran Ventures cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. Return shipping instructions and address will be provided once your return is approved.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
