At Iyel Boutique by Niran Ventures, we take pride in ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely. Most in-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 15–30 business days for production before shipping.
We value your time and will always work diligently to get your items to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, priority, and express shipping.
All orders are shipped through Shippo who provides the right carrier based on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Priority and express services may include additional charges but ensure faster delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and to international locations.
International buyers (including the U.S.) are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees that may apply.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include the time it takes for your order to arrive. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@shopiyel.com.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will update the address.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the product cost once it is received back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking Orders
All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow 3–25 business days for delivery, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please email info@shopiyel.com as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be cancelled.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@shopiyel.com.
We ask that you file a claim with the carrier and reach out if after 10 days. If it has not been resolved, we will file an additional claim on your behalf. Please allow 5–10 business days for the carrier’s investigation.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you immediately.
You will receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item within 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Order Updates
You can check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
We’ll also send you email updates once your order has shipped, including your tracking information.
